By using GramsToCups you agree to these terms.

The service. GramsToCups provides unit conversions between grams and US cups based on standard published ingredient weights, spooned and levelled unless noted. It is free for personal and commercial use in your own kitchen or business.

Accuracy. Conversions are provided "as is". Ingredient weights vary by brand, humidity and measuring technique; we work to keep the chart aligned with major published references but cannot guarantee any result. For recipes where precision is critical — and for anything health-related — verify with a calibrated scale and professional sources.

Not advice. GramsToCups does not provide nutritional, dietary or medical advice, and conversions must not be relied on for medication, infant feeding or therapeutic diets.

Acceptable use. You may link to any page. Automated scraping that degrades the service, or misrepresenting the chart as your own product, is not permitted.
